What types of care plans are available with Emko?
Hourly, 24-hour, Live-In
Flexibility serves as another hallmark of the Emko difference. We customize our service plans to match both your needs and your budget/benefits. Whether you want aide help a few hours per week, 24 hours per day, or even on a live-in basis, Emko will be there with reliability and a smile. We work mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Where and when can I access Emko’s services?
Anytime. Anywhere.
That flexibility extends to where you receive services. Emko works at your home, providing transportation assistance, running errands, and helping with shopping. Our aides stand ready to help you at appointments, as private hospital attendants, and even to make social outings easier and more enjoyable.
How does Emko address social isolation and mental health?
Social Connectedness
The Emko difference shines in our focus on clients’ social and mental health and understanding the dangers of social isolation. With reduced mobility in retirement, the risk of loneliness escalates, leading to a surprising array of potential health issues such as depression, heart disease, cognitive decline, and more. Emko values social connections, integrating services like transportation, companionship, and personalized activities into our care plans. We train our caregivers to excel at enhancing social engagement for a fulfilling home life.
